Iftiniuk previously served as President and CEO of French Hospital Medical Center, where he led a transformation that earned the hospital recognition among the nation’s top 100 hospitals for quality, safety, and patient experience.
Rose Care Group Expands Services to Include Home Health and Hospice
We are proud to announce the expansion of our services to include Aevum Home Health and Aevum Hospice. With this addition, RCG becomes the only provider in San Luis Obispo County offering a complete continuum of care—from assisted living and memory care to support in the home. This expansion ensures seniors and families have access to the compassionate, safe, and high-quality care they need at every stage of life.
